Admissions

HopeWay offers voluntary mental health and eating disorder treatment. Applicants must be willing and able to participate in all treatment activities. We welcome self and family referrals, as well as referrals from mental health organizations, providers, hospitals, and/or the community.

If you or a loved one are considering HopeWay for treatment, please contact our Admissions Team. For the safety and privacy of our current clients, we kindly request that you do not attempt to walk in for treatment without prior arrangement.

Unlike hospital settings, we do not offer same-day admissions, and are unable to accommodate unscheduled admissions.

Admissions Process

The admissions process is designed to make sure HopeWay can effectively meet the client's needs. Unlike a hospital, HopeWay is unable to do same-day admissions. The process includes several steps conducted via a virtual meeting or phone call, such as clinical screenings, collecting pertinent records, insurance verification, connecting with the Finance Team and a psychiatric consultation before the day of admission. Our Admissions Team is made up of masters-level clinicians to walk you and/or your loved one through every step of the process.

The speed of the admissions process varies based on individual circumstances and current program availability, but all efforts are made to have this process be smooth, efficient, and ensure that HopeWay is the best facility to meet each person's needs. To meet the admissions team, click HERE.

We look forward to working with you!
