Admissions Process

The admissions process is designed to make sure HopeWay can effectively meet the client's needs. Unlike a hospital, HopeWay is unable to do same-day admissions. The process includes several steps such as clinical screenings, collecting pertinent records, insurance verification, connecting with the Finance Team and a psychiatric consultation before the day of admission. Our Admissions Team is made up of masters-level clinicians to walk you and/or your loved one through every step of the process.

The speed of the admissions process varies based on individual circumstances and current program availability, but all efforts are made to have this process be smooth, efficient, and ensure that HopeWay is the best facility to meet each person's needs. To meet the admissions team, click HERE.

We look forward to working with you!
